版权与侵权处理

We only publish sounds that are original, in the public domain, or under a licence that allows redistribution, and we check every submission by hand. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us and we’ll act quickly.

Sending a notice

Email copyright@teslalockchime.com with:

1. The page address of the sound in question.
2. A description of the work you believe is infringed, and where we can find the original.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove material we receive a valid notice about, usually within two business days, and let the person who submitted it know.

Counter-notice

If your submission was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with a counter-notice that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.

Repeat infringers

We stop accepting submissions from anyone who repeatedly sends infringing material.
